It is with great regret that we announce that our much-loved Halloween Lantern Carnival will not take place this autumn. Funding challenges, along with the increasing popularity of the event, have meant that we have been unable to secure the matched funding needed to provide the scale and safety that the event needs.
Liverpool City Council remain very supportive, and we are optimistic that we will be able to find a way to stage the event in the future.
